The fees listed here include a typical home with, 3 to 5 Bedrooms, up to 3 Bathrooms, 1 Kitchen, 2 Fireplaces, 1 Heating/Cooling System, Attached Garage, and the usual Family Room, Dining Room, Basement or Crawlspace, Foundation, Roof, Electrical System, Plumbing and Attic. Up to 3000 sq. ft. ---------------------------------------$ 295.00 Over 3000 sq. ft. and up to 3500 sq. ft. --------------$ 345.00 Over 3500 sq. ft. and up to 4000 sq. ft. --------------$ 395.00 Homes over 4000 sq. ft. -------------------------------$ 50.00 per additional 500 sq. ft. NOTE: Particulary nasty crawlspaces, if accessible and safe, have an additional fee of $25.00. Just ask, this can be determined on site. Condos --------------------------------------------------$ 50.00 off the standard fee. Detached Garages ---------------------------------------$ 75.00 Homes older than 50 years, an additional -------------$ 50.00 Homes older than 100 years, an additional -----------$ 100.00 Homes older than 150 years, an additional -----------$ 150.00 Inspections for additional units, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Heating/Cooling Systems, Electrical, Plumbing, Etc., $ 50.00 each unit.
